Dear Clients,

As we stay current with the COVID-19 outbreak, we have made the decision to limit human interaction within our hospitals. With the rising threat of COVID-19 and recent recommendations to restrict crowd interaction; we have implemented our new policies to prevent non employees from entering Oaklawn or Cranston Animal Hospitals.  

Please be aware, beginning Tuesday March 17, all interactions within our hospitals will take place via telephone and/or our parking lot. 

Please do not enter our buildings as it is paramount to protect the health of our employees, clients, and the community. 

At this time, our clinic remains open and is operating under regular business hours with restrictions.

 While the CDC and other health authorities have indicated that dogs, cats, and other domestic animals are not considered at risk for contracting COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff. 

If you are ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you call us to reschedule.

In response to the recent and ever-changing recommendations regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we are offering the following options for the care of your pet:

Curbside Service Appointments:  Please call us from the parking lot when you arrive.  We will have a team member come and get your pet, go through the check in process with you, and then take your pet inside for their scheduled appointment.  Your Veterinarian will then call you with the exam notes and recommendations and a team member will bring your pet back to you.

Curbside Service Prescriptions/Food:  Give us a call when you are in the parking lot and we will have you pay over the phone and we will bring your receipt and product directly to your car.

Online Pharmacy(Prescriptions/Food):  Simply go to our website  Oaklawn Animal Hospital or Cranston Animal Hospital and select “shop online”. There is a wide variety of medication and food to choose from and we even offer a 15 % discount for first time users.  For the discount, please type Shop15 in the promotion field. Your order will be shipped directly to your home.
