My very nervous cat has a difficult time leaving the house. I called ahead to warn the office she might be a handful, but upon arrival the staff treated her so well there were no issues. All my many questions were answered patiently, and my cat experienced very little stress. This will be our pets home office from now on, based on my very positive experience here.
I recently brought my anxiety-ridden dog to Cranston Animal Hospital to see Dr. Rodehorst. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I did not have to wait long with my nervous dog. I have used Dr. Rodehorst for my pets for many years and highly recommend her. My dog felt comfortable with her (as best as possible) and the staff was very friendly.
I’m thankful for the care and responsiveness we receive from Cranston Animal Hospital. Ginger has been amazing every time we call. The vets handle our furbabies with gentleness. Our concerns are heard and responded to even when they are busy. Thank you for a great experience.
I love Cranston Animal hospital! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They’re very accommodating – I can usually get an appointment within a few days where other places I’d been to take weeks to months.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. They can always get my dog in when she isn’t well and they now use an app to make it so easy to talk with them with questions. They are so kind and helpful and communicative. The vets remember my dog even though they have so many patients! Would recommend!
I love this place! The staff has always been so nice to me and my pup. I always recommend them because they are so understanding and patient. The vet is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with a great sense of humor. I always feel better when I talk to them and they answer all of my questions!
The toughest time a pet owner has to deal with is when a beloved pet’s time has come. Cranston Animal Hospital has been our animals’ caregiver for over 20 years, and no one has provided such care and comfort for our animals as they have. The patience and sympathy they show especially at a difficult time is unmatched. We lost one of our beloved kitties last night and they were incredible in getting us through. We are very grateful.
I have been taking my dogs to Cranston Animal Hospital for decades and trust them wholeheartedly with my family members. Strongly recommend. Caring, extremely knowledgeable and great listeners – they’re women. Vet Techs excellent as well. Big shout out for Jess who has taken loving care of all 4 of our dogs at some point.
